Spaghetti alla Carbonara*

The real Carbonara, without cream! Spaghetti, guanciale, a drop of wine, egg and pecorino romano. Topped with freshly ground pepper.

Ragu della Nonna*

A rich tomato sauce flavoured by slow cooking with chunks of beef, pork rib and fennel sausage, served with Mezza Manica pasta, and topped by pecorino.

King Dei Molisani (Vg)*

Tortello filled with spinach and ricotta, served in a creamy mascarpone and gorgonzola sauce.

 Gnocchi alla sorrentina (Vg)* 

Gnocchi with a sweet tomato sauce with red onions, basil and parmesan.

The authentic vegetarian lasagna. Layered battered and lightly fried aubergine with, mozzarella, tomato sauce, basil and Parmesan 

Il Triplete*

Tender pork ribs, beef, and our homemade fennel sausage in a slow cooked tomato sauce . Served with Crocodile roast potatoes. 

Grilled Steak

A Grilled 28 day aged Rib-Eye Steak  served with roast potatoes seasoned with garlic and rosemary
